Job Details
Family Solicitor 1+ years' PQE, salary up to c£35,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. National Legal 500 Firm. There is a requirement for a Family Solicitor for join the family team, reporting to the Head of Family. The caseload will consist of privately and publicly funded matters such as divorce and dissolution proceedings, children proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and financial arrangements - the position is varied and challenging. You will have solid family experience, be comfortable running a caseload with minimal supervision. A client focused individual, with excellent technical skills, you will be ambitious and results driven. A flexible approach is required and the ability to work under pressure. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, be personable and professional, an effective and confident communicator and IT proficient. Experience in the use of case management systems preferred but not essential as training is available. Legal aid experience is desirable but not essential. This is a great opportunity for a focused solicitor to join an inclusive and tolerant firm, where you will be encouraged to develop your career further.
