Job Details
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm based in Sheffield who are seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. Please note the role can be home based and we are keen to hear from people across the UK.
Working within a busy, friendly team environment, your duties will include:
* Progressing new build sales on behalf of developers as outright sales or shared ownership sales
* Drafting contracts and leases and collate supporting documentation
* Answering enquiries and liaising with the buyers' solicitors
* I progress matters to completion and arrange the transfer of funds
The Firm:
* Long established law firm with a roots in South Yorkshire
* Full service law firm
* Client focussed offering specialist services
* New role due to continued expansion throughout the firm
Requirements:
* Experience in handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
* Able to work autonomously
* Excellent communication skills
