The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience and will either be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX / ILEX qualified. You will have experience ranging across all residential matters and will be confident in your ability to work on a demanding caseload with minimal supervision. You will be a team player, being able to work on complex cases alongside colleagues and will also be able to work independently on your own caseload. Must be able to deal with a high volume of transactions (roughly 30 new transactions each month with secretarial support).You will also be organised, time efficient and planned in order to manage a demanding caseload under time constraints. Within this role you will be joining an established team to undertake a stimulating and diverse range of cases surrounding residential property, within the housing development programme.
