Stobart Energy delivers a full waste management solution to renewable energy plants across the UK via its specialist procurement, transport, operations, quality and plant management teams.

We are looking to appoint Senior Commercial Counsel to our office in Widnes, Cheshire where you will have the chance for agile or home working whilst supporting the business. With upwards of eight years’ PQE, it is likely that you will be well versed in non-contentious commercial work and feel confident in handling a variety of business-critical matters across the Group.

You will have strong experience of both independently advising and drafting a broad range of agreements and any experience of energy supply contracts could also prove particularly advantageous. Your practical and quick-minded approach will allow you to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused solutions from day one, and your ability to advise on a variety of contractual matters will make you invaluable to our business.
