Our clients are a well known international corporate boutique based in the city of London.
They have developed a strong reputation advising on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, general corporate and commercial matters. For the last few years they have been focussing on the FinTech, Mining and energy sectors with huge success and are keen to grow their team with the addition of either an established partner seeking a new opportunity and/or a senior associate who believes they are ready for partnership who can demonstrate an ability to win business and develop client relationships.
This role would suit a lawyer who has spent their career at a larger city firm and is now seeking a more collegiate and inclusive firm where you will play a greater role in the strategy and progression of the corporate practice and be offered a better work life balance.
