Our client's Abu Dhabi office has a vacancy for a corporate lawyer at the NQ-2PQE level with solid corporate and M&A experience with a leading practice, to join their expanding practice in the Middle East. With a demonstrated commitment to the Middle East, the firm's Abu Dhabi office has an excellent local and international client base and works for governments, government departments and agencies, banks and financial institutions, and major domestic and multinational corporations operating in all main sectors of commerce and industry in the Middle East.

The firm is committed to expanding their corporate practice in the Middle East and this is an excellent opportunity to play a leading part as a specialist corporate finance/M&A lawyer in this developing team.
