Funds or Corporate Lawyer - Senior Counsel (6++ PQE) - Jersey

Our instructing client is a renowned offshore law firm. There is now a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer at Senior Associate level or Junior Partner to join the firm's team in Jersey. The successful candidate will be joining a leading global practice, working with the firm's other offices to expand the practice and develop client relationships. The team works on local and international M&A, corporate re-organisations, IPOs, JVs, and all investment funds-related matters for a range of clients across all industry sectors, and particularly within financial services.

Our client is looking to hear from lawyers with corporate and/or funds experience gained at a leading offshore, City, or national firm. Experience in either Funds or Corporate will be considered, and you will be able to specialise, however candidates must be willing to do some work in both areas. Jersey or other offshore jurisdiction experience and familiarity with offshore financial service providers is preferred but is not essential for strong applicants. The successful candidate will have a high level of autonomy and involvement in business development, so this role would suit an ambitious lawyer who is keen to take ownership of relationships with core clients.

This role offers a high London-level salary at low tax, together with a full relocation package.
