Job Details
Our client is a well-regarded US law firm and is looking to hire a junior Partner, or Special Counsel with partnership track, to support the growth of its Restructuring & Insolvency practice based in London.
The team represents lenders, debtors, creditors' committees, distressed investment funds, equity holders and committees, trustees, asset purchasers, vendors, landlords and other interested parties in a broad range of insolvency situations in the UK and abroad.
Our client would particularly like to hear from ambitious restructuring lawyers with established client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to join a progressive and modern law firm and willing to support the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will be a junior partner, or a senior associate/counsel who can make the leap to partner, with proven business building skills. The candidate will be expected to have a minimum book of business that they can further develop within the new platform.
