My client is an international organisation currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Counsel to fill a 6 month temporary contract in their Dubai office.
You will work on an extremely broad range of local matters, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, assessing legal risk, corporate governance, advising on new legal entities and litigation.
The right candidate for this opportunity will:
- Be a bilingual Arabic speaker;
- Be a qualified lawyer;
- Have over 3 years experience advising on legal matters in the UAE.
