The Firm:
Pure Search are working on an exciting opportunity with an international firm with incredibly diverse and enticing work, and genuine global reach. Our client is highly ranked by Legal 500 and has a broad range of media, retail, sports, technology and fintech cllients.
The Role:
This is a broad corporate role covering M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets. You will have the opportunity to get involved with an incredibly diverse range of work including advising multinational entertainment brands, TV and licensing companies, sports broadcasters, tech companies and advising in respect of football club takeovers. The firm are also incredibly encouraging of client secondments, with an enviable list of retail, media and sport clients.
About You:
You will be have gained at least 3-years post-qualification Private M&A or Private Equity experience at an international law firm and be looking to diversify your experience with media, sports and tech clients. You will have an entrepreneurial outlook and be looking to join a similarly enterprising firm that will provide you with opportunities to grow your own personal network and develop your experience internationally, benefiting from a network of offices in all of major corporate hubs.
