Job Details
Great opportunity for a talented financial services regulatory lawyer with at least 4 yrs PQE to join this leading retail banking regulatory team.
The success candidate will have specialist experience advising and supporting across a range of financial regulatory matters to include product design through to launch and ideally mortgages and payments.
Applications are welcome from candidates with either in-house or in practice experience but the expectation is that candidates will be well versed in FSMA, SMCR, the Consumer Credit Act and the FCA Handbook.
