The Company:
Pure Search are working with a leading name in financial services seeking a Commercial/Contracts Lawyer on a permanent basis with circa 2-6 years PQE.
The role:
The post holder will be responsible for providing day to day advice to the business on an array of Commercial legal work.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal responsibilities will include:
- Corporate/commercial advisory work.
- Provide legal support to product and development projects.
- Reviewing, drafting negotiating NDAs, third party supplier and outsourcing agreements
- Instruct external counsel when applicable
About You:
You will be a qualified lawyer ideally with a background in commercial legal work within a financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business well placed for growth and expansion and with an excellent culture.
