Real Estate Partner – Central London

Our Client, a very well established, well regarded, full-service law firm, is looking to add to its numbers with the appointment of a Real Estate Partner.

The Client

Based in Central London, the firm provide a full spectrum of legal services with clients ranging from some of the world’s largest multinational corporations to private individuals. They also act for a significant number of charities, Registered Providers and Regulators. Decades of history have shaped our Client into one of the UK’s leading full-service law firms.

The Team

The Real Estate Team team is comprised of several Partners and is divided into sub-teams dealing with a variety of matters.

Clients include retailers, developers, major corporations, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, construction consultants, local authorities, registered providers of social housing and PFI consortia. Much of the work is high profile and this is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for commercial property to join a top team based in the City.

The Candidate

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate or Partner who is prepared to go the extra mile, to hit the ground running and make their mark within a thriving property department. You should have an established book of business, be self-motivated, have enthusiasm for business development to build your practice and the business as a whole.
