Job Details
This forward thinking, global Silver |Circle firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate based in London with the capability to run a range of contentious matters for banking and finance clients. Examples of the type of work that the team is handling at the moment include derivatives close-out disputes, problems of interpretation of complex banking documentation, corporate trustee, allegations of professional negligence arising out of capital markets transactions, Islamic finance/structured finance defaults, commodity and trade finance disputes, insolvency investigations and insolvency litigation.
This is a broad role financial disputes role with a high level of insolvency litigation. Early responsibility will be given in terms of leading disputes and mentoring more junior lawyers within the team. The opportunity to shine in order to be considered for partner track are very strong.
