Our client are a leading US law firm with a tier one corporate tax practice. The team are Chambers recommended and have won a number of prestigious awards. Due to weight of work the team is keen to grow at the junior end and is looking to recruit an assistant at around 2 years qualification and above. The team is involved in a range of high quality work to include the establishment and ongoing operations of asset management structures, and more widely, advising on private capital arrangements; portfolio investments in infrastructure, real estate and technology; and compensation for fund principals.
