Job Details
Our client is a renowned offshore law firm, recognised throughout its global network as one of the most prestigious offshore firms. The firm is known for providing high quality advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of practice areas, including funds, banking and finance, corporate, employment, insolvency, dispute resolution, and trusts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer to join the firm's growing Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. The team regularly advises on cross-border commercial litigation focusing on insolvency and corporate disputes, and financial services cases, together with regulatory investigations.
We welcome applications from lawyers with c.1-4 PQE in Commercial Litigation gained at a major offshore, City, or leading national firm. Experience in insolvency disputes is an advantage, but is not essential. Candidates should have excellent academics and solid technical knowledge.
