Senior Corporate Paralegal

The Company:

Pure Search are instructed on a unique opportunity with a market leading corporate team who are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal, with a view to a training contract. Our client is Tier 1 ranked by Legal 500 across a range of practice areas and this is a fantastic opportunity to take the step up from paralegal to associate.

The Role:

Building on your strong corporate experience to date, ideally across M&A, Venture Capital and Joint Ventures, you will play a key role in supporting the fee earners and partners throughout the team. You will be afforded high levels of responsibility from an early stage, more akin to an NQ solicitor than a paralegal. This will see you working with a broad range of major institutional companies, FinTech and MedTech, retail clients and hedge funds.

The path for progression is clear and defined for this particular hire. There will be a clear opportunity for the right individual to progress to a training contract within as little as 6 months of joining the team, making this a very unique opportunity in the current market. The firm are also open to considering an equivalent means route to qualification.

About You:

You will have gained at least 3 years corporate experience at an international or City firm and be firmly committed to a long-term career in corporate law, beyond your training contract. You should be a go-getter who isn't afraid to take on responsibility. You will be fully focused on securing a training contract with the firm and be willing to go above and beyond to achieve this.
