This creates a mix of HNW to UHNW transactions to be involved in.

The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join an already successful team. You will work directly alongside the highly regarded Managing Partner in all aspects, helping to lead the team, develop the Practice, and ultimately achieve Partnership.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced in a range of matters, including but not limited to; mergers and acquisitions, share acquisitions, asset purchases, management buy-out or buy-in's and other areas. The corporate team have an exceptional client base and there will be a particular focus on healthcare sectors. Experience handling corporate transactions within the healthcare sector is desirable.

As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for handling the direction and management of more junior members. There is excellent opportunity for progression and you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside a very commercially minded managing partner who will provide exposure to all manner of interesting client relationships.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in Corporate matters.
• You will feel comfortable autonomously handling your own caseload and engaging in business development.
• You will have worked on Corporate transactions within the healthcare sector.
