Job Details
This is a new opportunity for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a niche busy Family firm.
You will be responsible for handling a mixed private family caseload to include divorce, finances, children's matters, civil partnerships, cohabitation and emergency protection matters. You will be expected to provide a tailored and professional service to clients and conduct your own advocacy.
The firm are all remote working for the foreseeable future, although travel is required when necessary to the office to see clients and to Court.
The role will also involve some regular business development over the phone to prospective clients as you will be responsible for conducting free consultation meetings, offered by the firm to all prospective clients.
