Employment solicitor to join highly rated practice. Contentious and non contentious matters

Employment law being one of the practice areas more resilient to the impact of the pandemic, this full service firm is looking to build upon its success in this specialism by the appointment of a further associate/ senior associate to join their team.

The successful candidate will join a team which provides expert employment law advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters to both business clients and senior executives. These clients will vary from large multinationals to small owner-managed businesses.

You will be able to confidently advise on the full spectrum of employment law issues from drafting documents, advising on dismissal, providing corporate support advice (TUPE etc) and managing Tribunal claims.

You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives designed to attract new clients.  These will include participating in presentations internally and externally and active attendance of networking events/relevant industry bodies.
