The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in Romford.

You will join a highly regarded and expanding department, that is recognised for their high-grade work with a variety of sectors and clients. This departments reach is on a regional scale and they work with SMEs, national developers and household names.

The successful individual will take on a Commercial Property focused caseload of matters such as:

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Buying and selling of property
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Developments
  • Advice on development potential

You will work alongside experienced Lawyers, seeing how they have developed the department and their client base.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 PQE +
  • There is no upper limit in PQE
  • You should have excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen
  • You will have experience with business development and be good at developing and maintaining client relationships
