New role - Corporate Lawyer, Cheltenham
In the heart of Cheltenham, this full service commercial law firm seeks a Corporate Lawyer to get involved in a wide range of corporate work such as Mergers, Restructuring/ Reorganisation, JV and advising on cross border and tax issues.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with at least 2+ PQE of corporate experience ideally gained from a large regional or national practice. Exposure to education sector clients would be an advantage as you will be joining the corporate / education team. It isn't essential to have education sector experience but an interest in this area would be an advantage.
Perhaps you are looking for a move to the area or perhaps you're already based in the area but have been working in Bristol and Birmingham and are now looking for something closer to home.
