Our client is currently seeking a bright midlevel corporate associate to join their stellar private equity practice.
Handling premium private equity transactions, you will enjoy an autonomous role, with high levels of responsibility. The practice are ranked amongst the best in the market for this area, consistently attracting a high number high value instructions.
Successful candidates will have trained and be currently practising in the City where he or she will have at least some exposure to private equity transactions, as well as very strong academic record.
