Corporate Solicitor
Our client, a highly reputable West End is firm is seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Solicitor to cover maternity leave for 12 months, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
The role will involve advising on the full range of corporate transactions, such as share and business purchases, reorganisations and shareholder agreements. Whilst the focus of the work will be transactional there is also a requirement to have knowledge and experience of commercial law, including loan agreements, terms and conditions and distribution agreements.
The ideal candidate should have experience gained in firm with a recognised corporate department and should be able to demonstrate significant experience and commercial awareness. Ideally a minimum of four years PQE.
The role is to start ASAP and offers an attractive remuneration package which is dependant on experience.
