The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Associate into their office near Rayleigh, Essex.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters. The firm are undergoing significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions
• and Commercial contracts

This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base, they are an entrepreneurial firm and so, are looking for determined individuals to help them further develop their offering throughout Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook and outstanding progression prospects.

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Associate with 3 PQE +
• There is no upper end in terms of PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
