The role

The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer into their office in Nuneaton.

You will join a department that is recognised for their high-grade work with a variety of sectors and clients. You will join a friendly, professional, and highly experienced Conveyancing team. You will deal with a varied caseload including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions



You will work alongside experienced Lawyers, seeing how they have developed the department and their client base.

Requirements

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with 3 PQE
  • There is no upper limit in PQE
  • You should have excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen
  • You will have experience with business development and be good at developing and maintaining client relationships
