The market leading real estate team in Milton Keynes offers rather a unique position to an ambitious real estate lawyer to undertake high value and high calibre work for clients across the hospitality and leisure sector nationally which will include pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, resorts, theme parks, and other businesses within the sector.

The successful real estate solicitor joining this team will enjoy a broad scope of real estate work which will include (but not be limited to):

- Complex development projects.
- Acquisitions and disposals.
- Portfolio management.
- Estate management.
- Asset management.
- Leases and licences.
- Deeds of variation.
- Commercial advice on regulatory matters.

This position is ideally suited to real estate solicitors between one and four years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- A strong academic background.
- Training and post-qualified experience in real estate gained with a reputable national or regional practice.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
- An appetite for networking and business development.
