General Counsel - Fast-Growing FinTech - Contract-to-Perm

Our client, a fast-growing FinTech with a recent large-scale investment, seeks its first legal hire in the form of an experienced General Counsel / Head of Legal. The work is wide ranging, including corporate and commercial matters, regulatory advice, and helping grow the legal function. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Top law firm training; 
  • In-house experience at a growing FinTech or Financial Services Startup;
  • Over 10 years' PQE; and 
  • The ability to start within 4-6 weeks. 

Although initially a contract role, this position will most likely be made permanent upon successful completion.
