Our client is a prestigious global law firm with a strong M&A and Capital Markets practice. It has maintained its strong pipeline of work, despite the pandemic, and now seeks an ambitious US securities lawyer. On offer is the chance to work with an impressive blue chip client base on some high profile and stimulating deals. You will work within a supportive team lead where you will gain excellent training. The successful candidate will currently be working for the US securities team of a well regarded firm and will be fluent in Mandarin. The role involves working on US placement / listing aspects of Hong Kong Listings and IPOs, including prospectus / disclosure drafting and work, for both issuers and underwriters. This is a rare opportunity to join an expanding and sociable team. NY rates with a COLA package on offer.
