INVESTMENT FUNDS (HONG KONG / SHANGHAI) (3 - 6 PQE)

Wall Street law firm seeks an ambitious funds lawyer to work on a variety of investment funds matters.  The successful candidate will be offered considerable responsibility and client contact and will work closely with one of Hong Kong’s leading funds partners. This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious firm where you will be provided with exceptional training and where you will gain exposure to challenging matters for an impressive blue chip client base. You will presently be working for a well regarded funds practice and will be fluent in Mandarin.  You will have 3 to 6 years of experience and you will be seeking an opportunity to build your career at one of HK’s leading US law firms. The preferred location of this role is Hong Kong, although strong candidates who would like to be based in Shanghai will be considered.
