Construction PSL Solicitor, Part-Time / Flexible (3 days), Bristol. This is a modern thinking Legal 500 law firm, where you will be at the forefront of a market-leading team. Do not miss out on this opportunity.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to provide senior supervision and support to the non-contentious real estate development and regeneration practice. It would also be beneficial if you had the ability to assist on contentious matters and to provide assistance on energy and infrastructure matters from time to time. You will have significant experience of taking a lead role in drafting and negotiating construction documentation for real estate development and regeneration projects and will provide strategic input to that practice. It is not expected that you will be a Matter Executive on files. You will also help to manage the team's investment time activities. This will include planning/delivering team training, promoting knowledge sharing and producing/managing the team's know-how and precedents. You will also get involved in the team's marketing efforts including assistance with the collation of legal directory submissions, published articles and other marketing materials..
CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified lawyers with experience in non-contentious real estate development and regeneration projects. Be solutions-focused with an interest in the built environment and be keen to develop their knowledge and skills across a variety of project-types and sectors.
You will have strong recent and relevant work experience advising on engineering and construction contracts.
HOW TO APPLY:
Contact Rebecca Barry at eNL on 020 7183 8586 or email rebecca.barry@enllegal.co.uk with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. If it's a fit, Rebecca will talk you through all the details of the role, the company, team culture, career opportunities, package etc. If you feel it ticks the right boxes, only then we will share your CV with our client. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission. As part of our candidate care process, we aim to respond to all applications in 7 days, if you have not been contacted within this timescale, your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
