The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ-3 PQE to join their office in the City of London.
The successful Litigation Solicitor will join a Nationally leading Litigation and Regulatory team.
The role involves giving litigation advice on the following areas:
- Public law decision making and disputes.
- Advising on bringing and defending claims for breach of contract, mis-selling, negligence and fraud (and advising on litigation in the County and High Court in those areas through to trial)
- ADR including mediations, as well as local dispute resolution
- Working with experts and counsel
- Handling complex multi-jurisdictional collective litigation
