We have been retained by a mergers and acquisitions insurance brand looking to appoint an Underwriter to the team to structure, design and place insurance policies for premium disputes.

Policies cover legal defence costs and settlement following an adverse ruling or event and a wide range of known risks can be insured including on-going litigation, contractual disputes or alleged Intellectual property infringement.

We are keen to speak to Commercial Disputes Lawyers from top-tier law firms who have seen broad range of premium, international disputes or individuals at litigation funders with a clear understanding on how an insurance policy can de-risk a dispute.
