CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES LAWYER - 3-5 PQE

This major City and international law firm have an excellent opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and highly rated Construction Disputes practice in London.  Their team act for an impressive and diverse high-level client base comprising major UK and international contractors, government bodies, public authorities, private developers, funders and other stakeholders involved in high value construction and engineering work.  You can expect to advise on disputes involving a broad range of UK and global projects including big-ticket commercial, industrial, retail, hotel and leisure, energy, utilities and broader engineering and infrastructure schemes.  Applicants should ideally have experience of acting for large infrastructure construction companies on disputes including breach of contract, defective building works and professional negligence; core skills in these matters should ideally extend to drafting a full range of court / arbitration documents, as well as related advices, reports and settlement agreements.  A UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and strong academics will also be needed.
