Pro-Legal has been instructed by the Partners of this leading US firm who are looking for two Private Equity Lawyers with 1-3 and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their close-knit team. This leading US firm is a transactional powerhouse and they are particularly strong within Finance, Tax and Corporate across the firm.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, which treats individuals in the team as key players, with a high level of client contact and responsibility on offer.
This role as a private equity lawyer will suit a hardworking and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Interviews are being conducted remotely, as well as remote on-boarding. This client has hired several people during the lockdown period and is continuing to hire due to an increase in work and growth of the team.
Those of interest will likely have:
- A strong academic background
- 1-6 years PQE experience gained in the London market
- Strong Private Equity experience
- The ability to take on a high level of responsibility and manage a challenging workload
We work very closely with this client and have recently placed a lawyer within their team.
