Job Details
Leading life sciences organisation with continued plans for growth, now seeks a European, US or UK qualified lawyer to join their established legal team based in Germany and with the longer term potential to work in the US (East Coast) for one of the positions.
The roles will be broad in nature but with something of a focus on in and out licensing. More generally they will cover international pharmaceutical related issues including development, cooperation, licensing, supply chain (manufacturing, supply and distribution), clinical trials, IP, regulatory matters, pharmaceutical law and general commercial law (working on international English contracts under UK and US law). You will also work in areas such as corporate/ M&A projects, competition and disputes.
You will be a US OR UK qualified lawyer with 4 years plus of relevant experience, ideally gained from a similar organisation or law firm. Lawyers with broader commercial and/or corporate/ M & A experience are also encouraged to apply.
