OUR CLIENT
We have a new role for a 3 + PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join an award winning firm based in the North West
THE ROLE
As a lead fee earner within an established department you will be expected to handle a full range of high value residential property matters.
The work will include; property sales and purchases, residential developments, leases, enfranchisement and more complex property transactions
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid residential property background, a sound track record and proven client care skills.
In return, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package with good long term career prospects.
