Now that the legal recruitment market is starting to pick up, Fry & Brown are seeing an increase in the number of commercial and technology roles within financial institutions. Banks and fintechs have remained busy, and have possibly been busier, throughout the lockdown with reviewing their contracts and policies in light of the pandemic as well as continuing to deal with change and transformation projects, new innovation and digital schemes, and ongoing data concerns. Having established plans for working practices moving forward, our clients are now ready to hire and we are therefore keen to hear from lawyers who are between 2 and 10 years qualified, with strong private practice training looking to make the move in-house.
