The Role
This Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor 0-4 years PQE into their thriving, flagship Bristol, Somerset office.
The firm is home to this well respected team in Bristol are looking for a Solicitor to work a full caseload of property litigation matters.
You will have unrivalled support and be developed professionally, to become a stand out lawyer in this field.
The work will include landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc), building and development, acquisitions of land, options, possessions, purchaser claims, trespass/squatter actions and leasehold enfranchisement.
You will be acting for a spread of household name clients, developers and property portfolio managers.

Requirements
- You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE
- You will have a good grounding in litigation
