The Role
The firm are seeking to hire Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate to join their expanding office in Bishops Stortford.
You will be working closely with the Commercial Property Partner to build the firm's reputation further and increase their Commercial Property offering.
They are now looking for an energetic and commercially minded Solicitor or Associate to join them in a very progressive role, reporting to the senior management team.
In this role you will deal with a broad caseload for both organisations and individuals, including:
- Landlord and tenant
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Residential Development
- and Investment work
If you are an experienced Solicitor or Senior Solicitor seeking the opportunity to working alongside industry leading Partners - this is an outstanding opportunity with great progression prospects for the right person.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate with 3 years PQE +
- You should have first-class communication and business development skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
