Job Details
Our client, a well recognised, national firm are now recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Real Estate team in Manchester managing a predominantly Plot Sales caseload.
The caseload will be primarily Plot Sales, but you may also touch on development and mainstream commercial property such as sales and purchases and landlord and tenant work, residential matters such as sales and purchases and wider post completion work.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Conveyancer with recent and proven experience in residential and commercial property - ideally plot sales experience.
