Employment Solicitor

Our client is a forward thinking Legal 500 law firm, seeking a Solicitor to join their thriving Employment Team. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE of working within an Employment Law environment. You should be able to work autonomously but also effectively with other team members. More senior applications up to 5y PQE will also be considered, with an expectation of demonstrable leadership skills and team management.

The role will involve supporting and advising both commercial and private clients and the successful candidate will have proven experience of handling their own caseload and the ability to deliver accurate, high quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. 

This position will require the candidate to travel between offices of this regional firm.
