THE FIRM
A highly regarded South West based law firm.
THE ROLE
For a property litigation lawyer who will work in a team providing advice on risk/asset management at a pre-action stage as well as advising on a variety of property related disputes, including mediations and arbitrations as well as contested litigation.
Clients include commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies and HNWIs.
The work will include any or all of the following: all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes, HNW dilapidations and trust disputes. real property rights disputes, secured lending recoveries, insolvency related issues. claimant property professional negligence claims and Land Registry disputes
ABOUT YOU
With at least 3pqe you will have excellent academics with recent and relevant work experience focused on real estate litigation.
