Job Details
An exciting opportunity with a long standing client of ours has arisen in their offices based in Warrington. They are looking for a Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join their successful team that spans different geographic's across the North West.
The firm are a full service practice and client service is at the focus of everything they do and this remains the case within the Residential Conveyancing department. As the firm have an excellent reputation across the North West they have established relationships with work referrers so business development isn't a key feature of this role however there is the need to maintain and continue to develop the working relationships with estate agents and work referrers.
This isn't a role where you are required to manage a volume caseload - the firm are looking for someone to offer a bespoke service to their clients, to meet them, to offer advice and present themselves professionally throughout the process.
You will be able to run your own varied Conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision including; sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, re-mortgaging and transfers of equity. There also is plenty of secretarial support available for you to ensure you're able to work as efficiently as possible.
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will:
- Qualified solicitor with a PQE of 1 year plus (guide)
- Able to deal with a varied caseload of conveyancing matters with minimum supervision
- Proven background in maintaining and developing client relationships
