The Role
Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor 4+ PQE for their office in Blandford, Dorset.
The role will involve working alongside an experienced team / recognised Partner on a profitable case load; delivering high quality legal services in a range of areas such as company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting, private equity/investment documentation, shareholders agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring, employee share option and other incentive schemes, and business start-ups and business succession planning.
This role comes with excellent progression prospects along with exceptional professional development as you will be working alongside a team which is home to other lawyers who you can bounce off and learn from, and vice versa - it's a very collegiate atmosphere making for a very 'happy ship'.
Requirements
- You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor 4+ PQE
- You will have good knowledge of this practice area a good eye for detail
- Salary is negotiable / dependent on experience - however, the prospects at this firm/in this role far outweigh purely monetary benefits
