THE FIRM:
Our client is a full service law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.
THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for a property litigation solicitor NQ-4pqe to join an established and well regarded team acting and advising on behalf of a varied client base on disputes on buying, selling property.
You will be assisting and supporting the partner on a broad range of matters covering Landlord and Tenant property disputes from lease renewals and terminations of leases to estate management and leasehold enfranchisement.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a property litigation solicitor with excellent academics and experience gained at a top regional or a well-regarded national firm.
You will demonstrate sound knowledge of contentious property matters gained during your training contract.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within a firm which offers commitment to training and development in a collegiate working environment.
