THE ROLE
Within the firm's well regarded Regulatory Department where you will handle a diverse range of work.
The team offers a broad range of expert advice to organisations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal and other regulatory prosecutions
They also advise Trusts and organisations on issues ranging from best interest decisions to DPA requests and inquests, as well as healthcare professionals facing possible criminal and professional regulatory sanctions.
Focussing mainly on criminal and regulatory defence work, you will also handle inquest files for various healthcare Trusts and organisations.
ABOUT YOU
A solicitor ideally NQ-5pqe, your experience is likely to include criminal, healthcare, and inquest matters.
It would also be useful to have knowledge of healthcare, advocacy and regulatory defence work.
