Job Details
The Residential Developments team of this prestigious West End firm are seeking a mid-level solicitor c.3-5pqe. The residential development tea forms part of their residential property department.
This team focuses on 'plot sales' or off plan properties. Essentially, this means that their clients purchase various plots or units of land and then develop the land to build apartments etc. The team also work with lots of overseas clients (particularly from the Far East and Middle East).
To be considered for this role you should have a strong academic background , be a UK qualified solicitor and have relevant experience gained within a well regarded firm. Excellent salary and benefits.
