Job Details
Opportunity to work in conjunction with a partner on public and private M&A transactions (including many with cross-border elements) and equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary fundraisings.
Highly rated for mid-cap ECM and M&A deals, the group handle deals across the range from small/medium to big ticket. The new incumbent will work with partner on big ticket deals and will be given a high level of autonomy in a supportive environment on the smaller deals.
