Banking / Real Estate Finance - West End 3-5pqe

Our client is looking to expand their Banking team and recruit a 3 - 5 year PQE Associate. It is essential the successful candidate has experience in general banking and property finance, ideally from a firm which is well known for its lender practice.

The Banking Team assists both lenders, particularly private banks, and borrowers in relation to loan facilities for trusts, corporates and individuals. They advise on borrowing for investment, business and charitable purposes and provide advice on all aspects of lending including priority of debts and security. The team covers a range of financing areas, including property finance, asset finance, general corporate lending, charity finance, private placements and syndicated lending.
